Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Management:
- Create, format, and edit documents using MS Word with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Data Management:
- Utilize MS Excel to manage and organize data efficiently.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets.
- Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required.
- Office Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-maintained.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, handling mail, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is essential.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
Prior experience in office coordination or administration is preferred.
