Description
My client is a registered NDIS provider, and is seeking a talented and pro-active Rostering Coordinator to provide quality support to the team.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Communicating with internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Communicating the roster to staff and managing roster changes.
- Reporting on hours and schedules as directed by management.
- Administration support as required for the efficient management of the rosters.
- Manage split shifts and adapt rosters to fill rates.
- Roster locums as needed to cover regional and remote gaps based on ROI.
- Make short notice changes to rosters to cover sick or short notice leave.
Skills / Experience
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service and good written communication skills.
- Experience within NDIS highly beneficial.
- Ability to work within team environment and independently.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement.
