Rostering Coordinator

My client is a registered NDIS provider, and is seeking a talented and pro-active Rostering Coordinator to provide quality support to the team.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

  • Communicating with internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Communicating the roster to staff and managing roster changes.
  • Reporting on hours and schedules as directed by management.
  • Administration support as required for the efficient management of the rosters.
  • Manage split shifts and adapt rosters to fill rates.
  • Roster locums as needed to cover regional and remote gaps based on ROI.
  • Make short notice changes to rosters to cover sick or short notice leave.

Skills / Experience

  • Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service and good written communication skills.
  • Experience within NDIS highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work within team environment and independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement.
