The Role
Responsibilities:
Works closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
Performs reference checks as need
Manages the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Facilitates the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Manages onboarding and new hire process
Stays abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Ensures all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Maintains records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
Qualifications/People characteristics
BSc in Communication, Business Administration or related field
MSc in Human Resources Management
Approximately 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition or similar role
Hands-on experience with full recruitment cycle using various interview techniques & evaluation methods
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Familiarity with documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written & oral
Highly developed communication skills, both written & oral
Ability to multi-task & manage time effectively
Creative thinking and proactive problem solving skills
Enthusiasm & "can do" attitude
