Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Specialism in power systems resilience
- In-depth knowledge of power system analysis tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations related to electrical engineering

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel up to 60% of the time
- Implement strategies to enhance the resilience of power systems against utility power quality events, and other potential disruptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate resilience measures into the overall infrastructure planning
- Specify and oversee the installation of equipment and components that contribute to power system resilience
- Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications
- Use computer-assisted engineering software to perform engineering tasks
- Support operations, construction, and other relevant departments with product development and testing
- Ensure that all designs and implementations comply with relevant codes and standards
- Proficient knowledge of relevant industry standards (NERC, FERC, NFPA, etc.)
- Conduct equipment failure investigation and provide mitigation solutions
- Monitor trends in electrical system reports, and escalate as necessary to drive improvements, or immediate corrective actions to electrical systems
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
