Location:
- Bandar Medini, Nusajaya, Johor
- (Free shuttle bus service provided - Skudai, Tampoi, Larkin Sentral, Bukit Indah, Taman Universiti, Gelang Patah, Nusa Height, City Square)
Job Scope:
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their Grab services, payment issues, Grab orders, Grab Apps, etc.
Requirements:
- Good English communication skills (Spoken & Written)
- SPM and above
- No experience and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call center - Training will be provided
Salary Package:
- Basic salary: Rm1,900 - Rm2,100
- KPI/Attendance allowance: Rm400
- Shift allowance: Rm300
- Salary per month: Rm2,600 - Rm2,800 (Including allowances)
Working Hours:
- 24/7 on Rotational shift (Morning, Afternoon, Evening)
- 9 hours working in a day (inclusive of 1 hour break)
- 6 working days in a week with 1 day off (depending on scheduled shifts)
