Customer Service Executive

Location:

• Bandar Medini, Nusajaya, Johor
• (Free shuttle bus service provided - Skudai, Tampoi, Larkin Sentral, Bukit Indah, Taman Universiti, Gelang Patah, Nusa Height, City Square)

Job Scope:

• Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their Grab services, payment issues, Grab orders, Grab Apps, etc.

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (Spoken & Written)
• SPM and above
• No experience and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call center - Training will be provided

Salary Package:

• Basic salary: Rm1,900 - Rm2,100
• KPI/Attendance allowance: Rm400
• Shift allowance: Rm300
• Salary per month: Rm2,600 - Rm2,800 (Including allowances)

Working Hours:

• 24/7 on Rotational shift (Morning, Afternoon, Evening)
• 9 hours working in a day (inclusive of 1 hour break)
• 6 working days in a week with 1 day off (depending on scheduled shifts)

• Contract (24 months)
