Lending Operations Agent

The Role:
Duties and Responsibilities include:

Providing accurate and timely updates to stakeholders on progress throughout the process.
Provision of exemplary levels of service to both internal and external customers.
Building strong relationships with solicitors
Undertake customer and document integrity checks.
Undertake feedback and follow up calls.
Work with brokers, credit underwriters and solicitors to ensure all required documents are received and correct prior to draw down.
Accurate and timely data entry and indexing.
Compliance & Risk Management
Manage risk through ensuring compliance to policy, quality and operational standards.
Ensure operational and regulatory compliance throughout the process.

Education & Experience:

Hold a minimum of APA in Housing Loans, with a QFA being an advantage
Experience of working to Service Level Agreements and/or timebound delivery deadlines is essential
A track record of adhering to procedures in a controlled/regulated environment would be ideal

Salary: €30,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
