We are actively seeking a passionate Team Manager to drive client engagement and conversion for our client's retail FX & CFDs company, focusing on the vibrant Indonesia market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Engagement: Lead and motivate a team of conversion associates to engage potential clients through telesales, promoting our Retail FX & CFDs products.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Oversee customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Onboarding Expertise: Guide clients through the account opening process, facilitating a smooth onboarding journey.
  • Collaborative Conversion: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for client conversion and retention.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and our products to better assist clients and drive successful conversions.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any related field is a must!
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 year of experience in managing a telesales team in the FX & CFDs industry is a MUST!
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Results-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding conversion targets.
  • Communication Excellence: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Additional Information:
Salary: Rp21,000,000 - Rp27,000,000 per month
