Project Management/scrum Master

In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal

We are looking for a Project Management/Scrum Master to work in this project in Lisbon.

Requirements:

• Professional experience as a Scrum Master in an agile methodology;
• Previous experience in managing IT projects;
• Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira;
• Knowledge of financial products is a significant plus;
• Solid understanding of software development principles and practice;
• Fluent in English and knowledge in French is a plus.

Responsabilities:

• Ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT project’s objectives in line with the commitments made to the Business, while complying with the entity’s strategic priorities, IT governance processes and the sponsor’s expectations;
• Steer the entire IT project and coordinate all the people involved and contributors;
• Ensures compliance with the duration of sprints, routines and interactions within the team and with stakeholders;
• Participates in resolving issues and getting around organization and process obstacles;
• Ensures that the team remains focused on delivery while shielding them from outside interferences.
