HR Administrator - London EC3A
Join Our Team:
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR administrative tasks with precision and professionalism.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle all aspects of the employee journey, including onboarding, development, and offboarding processes.
- HR Policy and Process Advisory: Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resources files and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance.
- Compliance and Checks: Ensure HR compliance, including conducting DBS checks and tracking employee absences accurately.
- People Changes Management: Efficiently manage staff changes, including promotions, transfers, and exit procedures.
Location: London EC3A
Salary: £12.03 - £12.63 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) and Part-time (19.5 hours per week) positions available.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HR administrative role.
- Proficient in HR systems and data management.
- Knowledgeable in UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a basic DBS check.
