Aim and Purpose of the Role:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
- Staying informed on regulatory rules.
- Assist the Compliance Manager when analysing and interpreting regulatory developments.
- Supporting the review of Financial Promotions.
- Supporting the handling of Complaints.
- Help review and evaluate the efficiency of key controls and look at which ways they can be improved.
- Supporting the department when managing ad hoc queries from the business.
- Supporting the team in the development and execution of our Compliance framework.
- Supporting the team in the development of Management Information.
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- University degree educated, or someone who has previously worked in a Compliance role at a financial institution.
Person Specification:
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Be able to multitask and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn.
