Aim and Purpose of the Role:
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
  • Staying informed on regulatory rules.
  • Assist the Compliance Manager when analysing and interpreting regulatory developments.
  • Supporting the review of Financial Promotions.
  • Supporting the handling of Complaints.
  • Help review and evaluate the efficiency of key controls and look at which ways they can be improved.
  • Supporting the department when managing ad hoc queries from the business.
  • Supporting the team in the development and execution of our Compliance framework.
  • Supporting the team in the development of Management Information.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

  • University degree educated, or someone who has previously worked in a Compliance role at a financial institution.

  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn.
