We also provide SLA (service level agreements for clients in the U.S, Europe, and the Middle East).

The Sales Process:

  1. Research - Finding Companies and Decision-makers through cold calling and leads given to you.
  2. Ask questions and build rapport.
  3. Qualify as a customer.
  4. Pitch our services (they will actually benefit from and discuss with the Hubac team first.
  5. Prepare and send quotation(s) - Must visit with your supervisor at Hubac.
  6. Follow up on the sale /reclose the deal.
  7. Account management and follow (ensure work is delivered on time).
  8. Customer satisfaction and asking for referrals/reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a solid command of the English Language.
  • Cold calling skills.
  • Excel and Ms. Word.
  • Microsoft Project.
  • Propose.
  • Zen Desk.
