Internal IT Administrator

Your Tasks:

• Run regular checks on network and data security.
• Monitor infrastructure assets, systems, and facilities (meeting rooms assets, cables, etc.).
• Resolve issues at infrastructure assets, systems, network, and programs.
• Develop, integrate, install, and configure networks, servers, and VMs.
• Create user accounts and perform access control.
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair faults or set up systems.
• Maintain records/logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.
• Perform data backup and recovery processes.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Provide technical support across the company, either in person or over the phone.
• Talk to staff or clients through a series of actions to set up systems or resolve issues.
• Check computer hardware (HDD, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality.
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
• Ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.

Your Skills & Knowledge:

• 3+ years of work experience as an IT Administrator.
• Strong experience with systems, network, and security administration.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.
• ITIL training and certification.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
