Your Tasks:
- Run regular checks on network and data security.
- Monitor infrastructure assets, systems, and facilities (meeting rooms assets, cables, etc.).
- Resolve issues at infrastructure assets, systems, network, and programs.
- Develop, integrate, install, and configure networks, servers, and VMs.
- Create user accounts and perform access control.
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair faults or set up systems.
- Maintain records/logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.
- Perform data backup and recovery processes.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Provide technical support across the company, either in person or over the phone.
- Talk to staff or clients through a series of actions to set up systems or resolve issues.
- Check computer hardware (HDD, mice, keyboards, etc.) to ensure functionality.
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
- Ensure the security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
Your Skills & Knowledge:
- 3+ years of work experience as an IT Administrator.
- Strong experience with systems, network, and security administration.
- Ability to document requirements and specifications.
- ITIL training and certification.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
