Responsibilities:

  • Assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a thriving retail outlet
  • Uphold consistently impeccable store standards
  • Establish and enforce Health and Safety, HACCP, and Food Safety standards
  • Adhere to all company protocols and commercial benchmarks, covering presentation, merchandise, and merchandise plans
  • Surpass KPIs and sales targets, showcasing a deep understanding of store financials and reports
  • Effectively lead and motivate the team
  • Continuously brainstorm and implement creative strategies to boost store turnover and enhance store margins

Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in the grocery retail sector
  • Proven track record of driving sales and providing exceptional service
