Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a thriving retail outlet
- Uphold consistently impeccable store standards
- Establish and enforce Health and Safety, HACCP, and Food Safety standards
- Adhere to all company protocols and commercial benchmarks, covering presentation, merchandise, and merchandise plans
- Surpass KPIs and sales targets, showcasing a deep understanding of store financials and reports
- Effectively lead and motivate the team
- Continuously brainstorm and implement creative strategies to boost store turnover and enhance store margins
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in the grocery retail sector
- Proven track record of driving sales and providing exceptional service
- Results-oriented mindset
- Capable of thriving under pressure with a strong desire for success
- Ability to take initiative and address issues in a professional manner
