Salary:
45,000 THB ~ 55,000 THBIndustry:
Manufacturing(Other)- Establish sustainable relationships with internal and external customers.
- Perform order management activities such as order receiving, order confirmation, stock allocation & reservation, price clarifications, order tracking, credit check, back-order reporting, drop shipment customers for FG & samples.
- Manage sales returns, sales incentives, credit notes and write-offs
- Support overseas factory operations
- Interact with customers & forwarders on orders & shipment related matters
- Collaborate with planners to manage supply continuity to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Generate pick lists, invoices, and packing lists
- Coordinate and process sales returns, credit notes and write-offs
- Schedule and attend weekly customer order status update meetings
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & Work Instructions (WI)
- Prepare monthly shipment/schedule summary
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior
Qualifications:
Requirement:
- Male/Female, age 28 years old up.
- Bachelor degree in Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Customer Service & Logistics related experience in manufacturing industry
- Good ability to work independently as well as a team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Able to work independently, as well as a team player in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
- Fluent in written & spoken English in order to liaise with the customers.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office ApplicationsEnglish Level:
