Manufacturing(Other)- Establish sustainable relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Perform order management activities such as order receiving, order confirmation, stock allocation & reservation, price clarifications, order tracking, credit check, back-order reporting, drop shipment customers for FG & samples.
  • Manage sales returns, sales incentives, credit notes and write-offs
  • Support overseas factory operations
  • Interact with customers & forwarders on orders & shipment related matters
  • Collaborate with planners to manage supply continuity to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Generate pick lists, invoices, and packing lists
  • Coordinate and process sales returns, credit notes and write-offs
  • Schedule and attend weekly customer order status update meetings
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & Work Instructions (WI)
  • Prepare monthly shipment/schedule summary
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior

Qualifications:
Requirement:

  • Male/Female, age 28 years old up.
  • Bachelor degree in Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Customer Service & Logistics related experience in manufacturing industry
  • Good ability to work independently as well as a team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Able to work independently, as well as a team player in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
  • Fluent in written & spoken English in order to liaise with the customers.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office ApplicationsEnglish Level:
