Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information.
  • Help prepare project proposals, time frames, schedule and budget.
  • Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
  • Schedule meetings and facilitate all meeting related.
  • Greet and receive visitors and liaison with internal and external contracts.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel & transportation preparations.
  • Handle SAP Purchasing and Reimbursement.
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in administrative management or related fields.
  • Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency and in MS Office.
  • Good command of English.
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Be able to do multi tasks.
  • Knowledge in SAP System would be advantage.
