Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Help prepare project proposals, time frames, schedule and budget.
- Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
- Schedule meetings and facilitate all meeting related.
- Greet and receive visitors and liaison with internal and external contracts.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel & transportation preparations.
- Handle SAP Purchasing and Reimbursement.
- Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in administrative management or related fields.
- Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency and in MS Office.
- Good command of English.
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Be able to do multi tasks.
- Knowledge in SAP System would be advantage.
