social platforms.

ROTATIONAL SHIFT
- 24 hours operation
- 3 shifts (7 am -3 pm) (3 pm
- 11 pm) (11 pm to 7 am)
Duties and Responsibility
- The ORM Executive is responsible for online complaints receiving, tracking, and analyzing
the same by giving them proper responses.
- Facilitate problem resolution along with other questions. Consistently create an exceptional
consumer experience with each contact via Twitter and Facebook.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continuously monitoring /Tracking the complaints of the brand on outlets, e.g. Twitter and Facebook.
- Understand the level of the complaint and analyze and manage online statuses.
- Discuss and respond and continuously follow in case of any confusion on complaints and on updates received.
- Maintain TAT within 5 minutes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to ₹180,000.00 per year
