We are looking for a Renewals Executive who will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and continued partnership of our valued clients. As a Renewals Executive, you will be responsible for managing the renewal process, proactively engaging with clients, and implementing retention strategies to foster long-term relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end renewal process for existing clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless renewal experience.
  • Proactively identify and address potential renewal risks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and relationship-building activities with key clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the renewal process.
  • Communicate product updates, enhancements, and industry insights to clients.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success within the fintech or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing renewals and achieving retention targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with financial technology trends and the SaaS subscription model.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other relevant software.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
