Description
An opportunity has come through for an experienced administrator to assist a busy team working within the health sector. You would be involved in assisting the team with finance administration, data entry and other duties. This role is full time hours for 4-6 weeks.
Duties include:
- Data Entry updating an internal database
- Updating excel spreadsheets
- processing invoices
- Other duties as required
To be considered you will ideally:
- Have proven administration experience working within a busy team
- Have advanced MS office (especially Excel) and the ability to work at a fast pace
- Be self-motivated and have the confidence to speak to a wide variety of people
- Be professional with excellent communication skills
- Have exposure/experience working with numbers/finance
- Good attention to detail and good accuracy
- Have the flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks as required
