Team Administrator - Whangarei

An opportunity has come through for an experienced administrator to assist a busy team working within the health sector. You would be involved in assisting the team with finance administration, data entry and other duties. This role is full time hours for 4-6 weeks.

Duties include:

  • Data Entry updating an internal database
  • Updating excel spreadsheets
  • processing invoices
  • Other duties as required

To be considered you will ideally:

  • Have proven administration experience working within a busy team
  • Have advanced MS office (especially Excel) and the ability to work at a fast pace
  • Be self-motivated and have the confidence to speak to a wide variety of people
  • Be professional with excellent communication skills
  • Have exposure/experience working with numbers/finance
  • Good attention to detail and good accuracy
  • Have the flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks as required
