Key Responsibilities:
B2B Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support B2B customer acquisition and retention.

Platform Management:

  • Oversee the B2B wholesale e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for business customers.
  • Implement and optimize features specific to B2B transactions, such as bulk ordering and custom pricing.

Catalog Management:

  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage a comprehensive and up-to-date product catalog for B2B customers.
  • Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability.

Customized Solutions:

  • Work closely with B2B clients to understand their unique requirements and provide customized e-commerce solutions.
  • Implement features that facilitate easy bulk ordering, invoicing, and account management.

Order Processing and Fulfillment:

  • Streamline B2B order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize order fulfillment for wholesale clients.

Data Analysis:

  • Utilize data analytics to track B2B sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Generate reports on B2B customer behavior and preferences.

Contract Negotiation:

  • Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with B2B clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Work with legal and procurement teams to finalize contractual arrangements.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training to B2B clients on the use of the e-commerce platform and its features.
  • Offer ongoing support to address any issues or inquiries from business customers.

Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations governing B2B transactions.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive business data and transactions.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for attracting and retaining B2B clients.
  • Provide input on marketing materials tailored to the B2B audience.

Required Skills/Abilities:
B2B E-Commerce Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of B2B e-commerce processes and best practices.
