Responsibilities:

  • Conduct night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  • Verify and reconcile guest charges, payments, and accounts.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns during the night shift.
  • Complete end-of-day activities, including generating reports and preparing for the next day's operations.
  • Assist with front desk duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations as needed.
  • Maintain security by monitoring the premises and following safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the night.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in night auditing or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Opera software for hotel management.
  • Familiarity with Micros software for point-of-sale and other hotel operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or training in hotel management or hospitality.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Prior experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role.
