Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist - 4 month contract

Location: Dublin 2

Working Hours: 23 hours per week/4 month contract

Salary: €16-18 per hour

Our client, a registered charity, is seeking a dedicated and friendly Part-Time Receptionist (23 hrs per week) to join their team in Dublin 2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.

  • Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department.
  • Appointment Scheduling:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and visitors.

  • Maintain an organized calendar for meeting room bookings.
  • Administrative Support:

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Communication:

  • Effectively communicate with team members and external contacts.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide information as required.

Working Hours:

  • Monday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 2 year’s experience as a receptionist or customer service role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
