Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist - 4 month contract
Location: Dublin 2
Working Hours: 23 hours per week/4 month contract
Salary: €16-18 per hour
Our client, a registered charity, is seeking a dedicated and friendly Part-Time Receptionist (23 hrs per week) to join their team in Dublin 2. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and personable individual who enjoys creating a positive first impression with visitors. Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and visitors.
- Maintain an organized calendar for meeting room bookings.
Administrative Support:
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Communication:
Effectively communicate with team members and external contacts.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information as required.
Working Hours:
- Monday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 2 year’s experience as a receptionist or customer service role is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
