Key Responsibilities

  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
  • Communicating with potential clients in a way that supports an ongoing relationship.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Set strategies and objectives for lead generation.
  • Source new leads and develop a network of key stakeholders.
  • Well-spoken and articulate
  • Has experience as a client service, account manager, business development executive, or equivalent in the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Has a pool of clientele base and maintains existing relationships with them.
  • Has good salesmanship skills.
  • Orchestrate new business meetings/pitches, and prepare presentations.
  • Build long-term relationships with new customers and subsequently grow the business by leveraging those relationships.
  • Work closely with the business owners on a business growth strategy and then devise an action plan with goals and objectives.
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise clients about them.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Marketing or its equivalent.
  • At least 5 years experience in marketing.
  • Must have experience working in a Marketing and Communications Agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to sell and convince.
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside an excellent knowledge of marketing, advertising and business practices.
  • This role is a fully remote job and is based on commission (very competitive commission)
