Key Responsibilities
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
- Communicating with potential clients in a way that supports an ongoing relationship.
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Set strategies and objectives for lead generation.
- Source new leads and develop a network of key stakeholders.
- Well-spoken and articulate
- Has experience as a client service, account manager, business development executive, or equivalent in the marketing and advertising industry.
- Has a pool of clientele base and maintains existing relationships with them.
- Has good salesmanship skills.
- Orchestrate new business meetings/pitches, and prepare presentations.
- Build long-term relationships with new customers and subsequently grow the business by leveraging those relationships.
- Work closely with the business owners on a business growth strategy and then devise an action plan with goals and objectives.
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise clients about them.
Requirements:
- BSc in Marketing or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years experience in marketing.
- Must have experience working in a Marketing and Communications Agency.
- In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to sell and convince.
- Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside an excellent knowledge of marketing, advertising and business practices.
- This role is a fully remote job and is based on commission (very competitive commission)
