  • Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices and touchpoints
  • Conduct research to identify profiling customer
  • Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
  • Maintaining Customer existing database
  • Do the survey to all Customers
  • Maintain action plan after survey

Salary: Rp5,500,000 - Rp6,500,000 per month
