- Responsible for leading the end to end of F&B business

About the Client:
A leading F&B company with 100+ stores is looking for a Director to lead its journey of transformation/re-branding.

Key Responsibilities:

Create company strategies to maximize business results
Create a marketing strategy to attract and retain customers
Lead, develop and motivate the team
Evaluate and recommend operational improvements of the business.
Manage good relationships with business partners

Key Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
15+ years F&B experience
Strong exposure in marketing, people management, stakeholders management & financial acumen
Leading Innovation, agility, driving for results, strategic influence, cultivating network & partnerships; sharing responsibilities, leading change, decision making, business acumen, global acumen, leading teams.
