A leading F&B company with 100+ stores is looking for a Director to lead its journey of transformation/re-branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create company strategies to maximize business results
- Create a marketing strategy to attract and retain customers
- Lead, develop and motivate the team
- Evaluate and recommend operational improvements of the business.
- Manage good relationships with business partners
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from reputable university
- 15+ years F&B experience
- Strong exposure in marketing, people management, stakeholders management & financial acumen
- Leading Innovation, agility, driving for results, strategic influence, cultivating network & partnerships; sharing responsibilities, leading change, decision making, business acumen, global acumen, leading teams.
