■Job Responsibilities

You are responsible for managing company operation and clients as branch manager.

  • Manage of receiving orders, shipping operations, making invoice, and collecting bills
  • Report to accounting firm about branch accounts
  • Providing logistics solution to clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understand their needs to ensure current/ future business
  • Performing human resource and general affairs activities
  • Assisting and performing various tasks related to our business
  • Travelling is required (Assuming to Singapore once a week for a while/to Hong Kong once a month)

Requirement

  • More than 5 years experience in dealing with numbers such as accounting and trade admin
  • have experience in accounting, HR task, admin role or logistics
  • Good communication with clients
  • Time management
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Willing to travel (Hong Kong & Singapore)

Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Administrative: 5 years (preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (preferred)
