■Job Responsibilities
You are responsible for managing company operation and clients as branch manager.
- Manage of receiving orders, shipping operations, making invoice, and collecting bills
- Report to accounting firm about branch accounts
- Providing logistics solution to clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understand their needs to ensure current/ future business
- Performing human resource and general affairs activities
- Assisting and performing various tasks related to our business
- Travelling is required (Assuming to Singapore once a week for a while/to Hong Kong once a month)
Requirement
- More than 5 years experience in dealing with numbers such as accounting and trade admin
- have experience in accounting, HR task, admin role or logistics
- Good communication with clients
- Time management
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Willing to travel (Hong Kong & Singapore)
Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Administrative: 5 years (preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (preferred)
