We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Service Manager!

To be successful in this role we think you are a Team Player with proven track record of building up relationships. Furthermore, you are result driven, solution oriented as well as structured and have a proactive approach.

We are looking for a service minded person who can challenge customers and Banqsoft at all levels. You have experience of identifying and addressing challenges and problems in which you handle in a structured way.

You are a leader who can build virtual teams and can get resources to collaborate in our own organization. We are looking for a resource who can establish trust and have a high implementation capacity.

What will you be doing?

  • Be a contact person for one or more customers and to ensure services are delivered according to agreed quality and profitability
  • To be the customers representative inside Banqsoft which means coordination and follow-up on activities internally and to the customer
  • Work on client strategies in corporation with Key Account Manager
  • Actively contribute to the development of Banqsoft´s delivery towards customers
  • Execute client meetings and follow-up and identify actions internally and towards customer
  • Support the customer with planning and delivery of IT projects
  • Gather customer needs and possibilities as well as communicate these to stakeholders both internally and with the customer
  • Ensure effective communication around the customer internally at Banqsoft
  • Client negotiations about extensions or changes of Banqsoft´s services

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree within IT or finance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience from IT, banking and finance
  • Experience of Service Management. Delivery Management or similar is of advantage
  • Experience of working with international customers
  • ITIL experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and one of the Scandinavian languages
