Prestigious city centre Medical Aesthetic clinic requires warm and friendly individual to join our Front of house and busy sales and administration team.

- Dealing with enquires inbound and outbound and making appointments
- General administration duties
- Meeting and greeting patients in reception ensuring the reception is efficiently managed at all times
- Organising and maintaining the clinic filing system.
- Sending correspondence to patients
- Assisting and supporting the clinic manager and clinical team
- Achieving sales targets
- Managing front of house and waiting area at all times
- Working on own initiative and time managment
- This role would be suited for an individual who is self-motivated and is able to work as part of a team in a busy fast paced environment and have the ability to multi task and cope well under pressure A background in office/clinic, front of house, sales and administration would be desirable. Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills essential.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- receptionist: 2 years (required)
