  • Dealing with enquires inbound and outbound and making appointments
  • General administration duties
  • Meeting and greeting patients in reception ensuring the reception is efficiently managed at all times
  • Organising and maintaining the clinic filing system.
  • Sending correspondence to patients
  • Assisting and supporting the clinic manager and clinical team
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Managing front of house and waiting area at all times
  • Working on own initiative and time managment
  • This role would be suited for an individual who is self-motivated and is able to work as part of a team in a busy fast paced environment and have the ability to multi task and cope well under pressure A background in office/clinic, front of house, sales and administration would be desirable. Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills essential.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
