Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers to the store, addressing their queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Take orders both online and offline, demonstrating a strong understanding of our product offerings.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the products, including features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Process POS purchases efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures for inventory control.
  • Build and nurture trust relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Work collaboratively with co-workers to ensure a seamless and positive customer service experience.
  • Prepare and manage store inventory to meet customer demands.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
