Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the store, addressing their queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Take orders both online and offline, demonstrating a strong understanding of our product offerings.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the products, including features, benefits, and specifications.
- Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Process POS purchases efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure adherence to established procedures for inventory control.
- Build and nurture trust relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with co-workers to ensure a seamless and positive customer service experience.
- Prepare and manage store inventory to meet customer demands.
- Comply with inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
