Job Title: Retail Sales Representative - Arabic Speaker (Female Only)

Experience: 1-2 years in retail sales

Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.

  • Sales:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.

  • Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about current fashion trends and product offerings.

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the merchandise to assist customers effectively.

  • Language Skills:

  • Utilize strong Arabic language skills to communicate with Arabic-speaking customers.

  • Enhance the shopping experience by providing personalized assistance in Arabic.

  • Store Maintenance:

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

  • Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and restocked as needed.

  • Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and cohesive work environment.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales.
  • Fluent in Arabic with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess a valid visa.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: From RO220.000 per month
