Job Title: Retail Sales Representative - Arabic Speaker (Female Only)

Experience: 1-2 years in retail sales
Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
Sales:
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about current fashion trends and product offerings.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the merchandise to assist customers effectively.
Language Skills:
Utilize strong Arabic language skills to communicate with Arabic-speaking customers.
- Enhance the shopping experience by providing personalized assistance in Arabic.
Store Maintenance:
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and restocked as needed.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Fluent in Arabic with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Must possess a valid visa.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: From RO220.000 per month
