Overview:
Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to healthcare professionals.

  • Manage the onboarding process for new healthcare staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and OSHA.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions, in accordance with healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Training & Development:

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.

  • Facilitate training sessions on topics such as patient privacy, safety protocols, and diversity awareness.
  • Support career development initiatives for healthcare staff, including succession planning and performance management.
  • Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.

  • Educate healthcare staff on available benefits and assist with enrollment processes.
  • Liaise with benefits providers to ensure timely and accurate administration of benefits.
  • HR Strategy & Compliance:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the goals of the healthcare facility.

  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on changes to healthcare regulations and industry best practices, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Certification in HR or Healthcare Administration preferred.
