Overview:
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to healthcare professionals.
- Manage the onboarding process for new healthcare staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and OSHA.
- Handle employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions, in accordance with healthcare policies and procedures.
Training & Development:
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant programs.
- Facilitate training sessions on topics such as patient privacy, safety protocols, and diversity awareness.
- Support career development initiatives for healthcare staff, including succession planning and performance management.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Educate healthcare staff on available benefits and assist with enrollment processes.
- Liaise with benefits providers to ensure timely and accurate administration of benefits.
HR Strategy & Compliance:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the goals of the healthcare facility.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on changes to healthcare regulations and industry best practices, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR management within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Certification in HR or Healthcare Administration preferred.
