Key responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute entertainment events and shows
- Coordinate with performers, talent agencies, and production teams
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, staging, and technical requirements
- Oversee budgeting and financial aspects of events
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and permits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event concepts and themes
- Coordinate with marketing team to promote events and drive attendance
- Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for improvement
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
