Key responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute entertainment events and shows
  • Coordinate with performers, talent agencies, and production teams
  • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, staging, and technical requirements
  • Oversee budgeting and financial aspects of events
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and permits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event concepts and themes
  • Coordinate with marketing team to promote events and drive attendance
  • Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
