The Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sell company's products to achieve sales and marketing targets and objectives as per KPIs
  • Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales Targets
  • Build good working relationships with customers, outlet staff, colleagues, and manager
  • Responsible for developing new retail accounts in his assigned territory for business growth
  • Conducting effective sales calls at each outlet as per the coverage plan.
  • Leverage customers by offering and influencing customers on products/services
  • Apply, follow, suggest, and develop sales area and route plan
  • Get LPOs and make sure of smooth processing and report any obstacles or changes at time
  • Plan, suggest, act and report to increase shelves, display faces, and every possible selling location inside and outside the outlets
  • Make sure delivery events are done at time and required quality
  • Ensure that stores, shelves are stocked with the right types and quantities of products

Requirement & Skills:

  • More than 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
  • Minimum of 1-2 years commercial experience in a similar role
  • Active Oman Driving License is a must
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • High execution ability, able to withstand strong work pressure

Experience:

  • FMCG: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Oman driving license (preferred)
