Description
1. Parent Interaction & Counselling
- Attend walk-in parents, phone calls, website leads, and social media enquiries.
- Understand parents’ expectations and recommend suitable programs (Playgroup, Nursery, LKG, UKG, Daycare, etc.).
- Explain the school philosophy, curriculum (like learning approach, safety, teacher quality, activities), and daily routines.
- Build trust and rapport with parents and handle their concerns patiently.
- 2. Lead Management & Follow-ups:
- Maintain enquiry records (Excel/CRM/Admission register).
- Track the status of each lead — new, interested, visit done, converted, or dropped.
- Ensure no enquiry is missed or delayed.

- Arrange and conduct school tours for parents.
- Highlight facilities like classrooms, play area, safety measures, CCTV, hygiene, and learning resources.
- Create a warm and welcoming first impression of the school.
- Explain admission procedure, documents required, fee structure, and payment timelines.
- Assist parents in filling forms and collecting required documents.
- Coordinate with the admin team for seat availability and confirmations.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of the child after admission.
- Coordinate with teachers, front desk, and management for admission updates.
- Share parent feedback and objections with management for improvement.
- Update parents about events, orientation sessions, and joining dates.
- Support marketing campaigns, open houses, events, and school promotions.
- Call prospective parents from campaign leads and convert them into visits.
- Collect testimonials and referrals from happy parents.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries, visits, and admissions.
- Analyze conversion ratio and suggest improvement strategies.
- Take ownership of admission targets and timelines.
- Excellent communication (Hindi & English).
- Empathy, patience, and persuasion skills.
- Positive attitude and child-centric mindset.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
